Hello I have always enjoy your podcasts. But what I want to know is all this advice your giving deals only with the United States. I want to do my Investing outside of the United States. I will be starting in Panama. Then on to Columbia and a few other countries as well. So does any information you are talking about on this site will it be useful to me. I have a small Export/ Import company. This company is license here but the Biz itself will be outside of our country….Mark

Sorry, we can’t help specifically in terms of investing in Panama and other foreign countries, but you can take our ideas and try to find similar deals in those countries. (Just do your due diligence when it comes to properties and anything real estate related, especially in a foreign country.)
